Testing Guide
Use this guide to safely test the Change Control Central public proof-of-concept demo.
Use fictional information
The demo is designed for fictional companies, fictional people, fictional request details, and fictional business scenarios. Please do not submit real customer data, real patient data, real financial data, or sensitive operational information.
Use a valid email address
If you want to receive the automated demo notifications, use a valid email address you can access. Automated messages may be filtered by some providers, so check spam or junk folders if you do not see them.
Expect staged notifications
The demo may send a request received notification, a Committee Review Form notification, and a final disposition notification as your request moves through the workflow.
Submit a realistic request
The best test cases describe a real-world style operational problem, affected systems, business reason, dependencies, risk areas, and requested timing. More complete requests produce more useful review artifacts.
Remember this is a prototype
The system demonstrates workflow design, AI-assisted analysis, automation, and governance artifact generation. It does not produce real approvals, legal findings, compliance determinations, or production decisions.
