How the Demo Works
Change Control Central demonstrates how a change request can move through structured intake, AI-assisted analysis, committee-style review, documented disposition, and automated communication.
1. Submit a fictional change request
A public Smartsheet form captures the request details needed to start the workflow. Testers should use fictional business scenarios and avoid confidential, regulated, proprietary, or production data.
2. The request enters the C3 intake register
The submitted request is stored in a structured intake record. That record becomes the source of truth for the workflow and tracks status as the request moves through analysis, review, and final disposition.
3. AI-assisted analysis is generated
C3 analyzes the request for operational, technical, compliance, security, contractual, financial, and customer-impact considerations. The system produces executive-style analysis, risk findings, recommendations, discussion topics, and historical intelligence.
4. A Committee Review Form is created
The workflow generates a review document that organizes the request and supporting analysis into a committee-ready artifact. This document is intended to help reviewers understand the request, risks, dependencies, and decision topics.
5. Committee review is simulated
The prototype simulates a governance committee review. It produces a decision, decision rationale, and any conditions or next steps based on the request details and supporting analysis.
6. A final disposition record is generated
C3 creates a final Committee Disposition Record documenting the simulated decision, rationale, conditions, original request details, and supporting governance analysis.
7. Email notifications keep the submitter informed
Public testers may receive staged email notifications when the request is received, when the Committee Review Form is ready, and when the final disposition is complete.
