Is this a real production change management system?
No. C3 is a public proof-of-concept demo designed to show workflow design, AI-assisted analysis, automation, document generation, and communication patterns.
Should I submit real company or customer data?
No. Please do not submit confidential, regulated, protected health, financial, proprietary, or production customer data. Use fictional information only.
What does AI-assisted mean?
AI-assisted means the workflow uses AI to generate structured analysis, summarize risk areas, identify review questions, and prepare governance-style content. It does not mean the AI makes real business decisions.
What is the committee review?
The committee review step is simulated. It is designed to demonstrate how a change request might be evaluated for business value, readiness, risk, dependencies, and next steps.
What documents are generated?
The demo can generate a Committee Review Form and a Committee Disposition Record. These documents demonstrate how intake information and AI-assisted analysis can become structured governance artifacts.
Why did I receive emails?
If you submitted a test request using a valid email address, the demo may send automated notifications as the request moves through the workflow.
Are the decisions real?
No. Decisions, rationales, conditions, and generated documents are fictional and used only to demonstrate the workflow.
